Inspire Resourcing was established in 2009 by Kirsty Gascoigne and Suzanne Lucas with the simple aim of providing a great service to their clients and candidates by taking away the customary KPI-driven approach and replacing it with a flexible service that suits the client.
The relationships we build are crucial to our business as are the results we need to provide to our clients. With our honest approach, we soon built a reputation for advising clients on the type of person likely to suit their organisation and why some roles seemed to have a constant staff turn-over.

Jack is our Commercial Manager. and specialises in procurement, sales and marketing roles.
Jack's favourite thing about working for Inspire is "the fact that the directors provide me with the autonomy to get results, whilst also being supportive when required."
In his spare time Jack likes to walk in the Peaks.

Grace is our Industrial Resourcer specialising in warehouse and manufacturing.
Grace enjoys working for Inspire "because of the supportive team who motivate her."

Her favourite thing to do is visit her sister's dog...until she gets her own!
Tom is our Engineering Consultant. As a qualified mechanical engineer himself he is perfectly placed to manage our engineering roles.
