The Role


As a Manager, you will:

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.

  • Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the future of the office.

  • Ensure compliance and maintain excellent client service standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with 3+ years PQE in practice (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level).

  • Strong experience managing a portfolio of mixed clients across accounts, tax, and advisory.

  • Proven track record in business development within a professional services environment.

  • Proficient with Office 365, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks; accounts preparation software.
