About the Role

Project Administrator


Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Project Administrator on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.


Duties:

  • Taking orders from clients.

  • Generation of workbooks detailing all equipment and costs of same ensuring adherence to agreed parameters/pre-set contracted prices for certain clients.

  • Issuing quotations to clients, where applicable.

  • Setting key tasks/dates in the bespoke project management system and monitoring to      ensure delivery of project as per client requirements.

  • Where key dates are known monitoring and chasing orders based on timelines.

  • Ensuring key dates      are kept under review and if dates change as notified by the      client/contractors etc, that the system is updated to reflect this.

  • Liaising with clients to clarify requirements/update them re-progress or of issues identified following site attendance including any requests for add ons on works already quoted.

  • Issuing of OEM documentation as requested by clients from time to time.

  • Production and generation of all appropriate documentation associated with the projects, including H&S documentation.

  • Providing a high standard of client service and management of all allocated client      projects.

  • Adherence to the company ISO procedures.

  • Any other duties requested by your line manager.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Proven record of meeting deadlines.

  • The ability to multi-task and deal with several projects at various stages at any one time.

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and able to adapt to changing situations.

  • Professional attitude and approach to work/tasks.

  • Excellent team player, but also able to work on your own as and when required.

  • Understanding of basic Excel, Word, Adobe.

  • Knowledge or experience of production of relevant H&S documentation

  • The ability to problem solve.

  • A positive and proactive approach.

  • A flexible approach to work and not phased by changes


Salary:

£25,000 - £27,000
