Night Shift Team Leader

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Night Shift Team Leader on behalf of our client in Mansfield. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, to join an established & growing business.

As part of their role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and deliver outstanding results

• Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for products, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage

• Monitor workflow, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to meet tight deadlines and customer requirements

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Work collaboratively with other departments

• Maintain accurate records of production, performance, and inventory

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment
