About the Role
Inspire Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a growing construction plant business, and we are looking for three experienced Mobile Plant Engineers to join the team on service, repair and breakdown cover across construction machinery.
This is field-based work with genuine variety.
You will be out on site diagnosing and fixing faults, carrying out planned servicing, and keeping customers' machines moving. If you want the overtime, it is there. If you do not, a 40-hour basic week is yours.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out service, repair and breakdown response on construction plant machinery
Fault finding and diagnostics on site, working independently as well as part of a team
Planned maintenance servicing to schedule, keeping paperwork and job records accurate
Covering customers across Birmingham, Nottingham, Stafford, Stoke and Coventry.
Requirements
Requirements
NVQ qualified in plant maintenance, mechanical engineering or a related discipline
Proven experience working on construction machinery: you have done this job, not just studied it
A stable work history; we are looking for people who commit and stay
Full driving licence, and the flexibility to travel between sites
Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly and representing the business well on a customer's site
