About the Role

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator on behalf of a client based in Ripley.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, plan, and deliver all events in the company calendar.

  • Act as the main point of contact for event organisers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Arrange logistics including stand set-up, transport, branding materials, hospitality, and staff requirements.

  • Ensure all events reflect and promote the company brand consistently and professionally.

  • Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager to develop event strategies, campaigns, and post-event evaluations.

  • Manage stock of promotional items, marketing materials, and branded merchandise.

  • Provide event reports, including feedback, attendance statistics, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support additional marketing activities and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence dealing with external partners and the public.

  • Creativity and attention to detail to ensure events are engaging and impactful.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software.

  • Experience managing social media campaigns and using scheduling tools.

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management and campaign coordination.

  • Confidence in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to promote events and share live and scheduled updates.

  • Ability to create engaging content for promotional materials, event literature, and digital channels.

 

Experience:

 

  • Previous experience in an events, marketing, or coordination role

  • Experience within agricultural, construction, or related industries

  • Budget management and supplier liaison experience

  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure

 

License/Certification:

 

  • Clean Full UK Driving Licence (essential, due to travel to events)

  • Marketing qualification desired but not essential
