Manufacturing Design Engineer
Inspire Resourcing Ltd are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic demostrable Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of manufacturing, from design to production.
The successful candidate will work closely with the experienced engineering team to drive process improvements, support digitalisation projects, and contribute to ongoing commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
CAD/CAM software to create and modify designs.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity in their manufacturing operations.
Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Participate in digitalisation initiatives aimed at integrating advanced technologies
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of design changes, process improvements, and project progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software. Ideally Autodesk & EdgeCAM although other packages are also beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Apprentice-trained and/or previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
