About the Role

Key Account Manager


Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Derbyshire.

Duties:

· Develop and implement strategic business objectives.

· Drive sales and business development in existing and designated new accounts.

· Educating retailers and accounts to drive sales growth and brand awareness.

· Analyse accounts using all available internal and external data to optimise and maximise sales opportunities.

· Target and approach new major accounts with well-thought-out, structured business proposals.

· Work with the Head of Marketing to drive brand awareness via accounts, enhancing website performance and in-store education.

· Manage account base professionally.


The Ideal Candidate Will:

· Demonstrate passion for business development.

· Be experienced in opening new accounts and driving sales.

· Show an interest for the fashion and sneaker markets.

· Have experience in a fashion/sneaker-based sales role or relevant field.

· Be a team player, proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.

· Be able to work to tight deadlines ensuring work remains of the highest quality.

· Be detail-orientated and dedicated.

· Demonstrate excellent time management skills.

· Be able to work cross-functionally with relevant teams.

· Be professional when representing the brand when liaising with external partners.

· Be a people person who is hands-on and open to learning in a collaborative and creative environment.

· Regularly research competitor and market trends to inspire and motivate the wider team.



Requirements

· Someone who is passionate and wants to hit the ground running.

· Reasonably close proximity to the Head Office would be ideal, however, not essential.

· Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Full UK Driving licence.


Package:


· Remote position, with opportunities to work from home, with regular domestic travel.

· Occasional European travel may be required for meetings and events.

· Full-time position.
