About the Role
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Successfully oversee the daily operations of the business ensuring that all departments are fulfilling the requirements of the business.
Implementation and communication of strategies and processes designed to grow and further develop the business.
Ensure the successful development of programmes and processes to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
Ensure that the financial status of the business is managed effectively and communicated throughout the business as and when required.
Responsibility for the day-to-day management, coaching and development of Senior Management Staff.
Ensure the overall delivery and quality of product offerings to customers are as high as possible whilst remaining within predefined budgets.
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are fulfilled and maintained.
Oversee key hiring and talent training /development programs.
Evaluate and decide on key investments in equipment, infrastructure and services.
Communicate business strategies and results to the rest of the business.
Report potential risks, issues and overall results to the Managing Director.
