About the Role
As a leading edge of machining technologies and dedicated to delivering efficiency and reduced cycle times for our clients. Their advanced milling, turning and 5-axis capacity enables them to machine a wide range of products. To-Date, they have manufactured components for Rolls-Royce, Boeing, Siemens, Bombardier and are looking to expand out Machining capabilities over the coming year.
The Position:
Manufacture components utilising instructions within a production pack.
Ensure all production documentation adheres to the relevant quality standard.
Progresses in line with production schedule.
Support new product introductions (NPI) within a production pack.
Confirm conformance of finished work to specifications.
Use tools such as micrometres, calipers, dial indicators and gauges.
Requirements
You must:
Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and legal obligations, including those relevant to CNC machining and high-reliability manufacturing.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, reporting any hazards, incidents, near-misses, or unsafe behaviors promptly and accurately.
Use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately, ensuring correct use in line with task and risk requirements.
Participate in mandatory EHS training, emergency response drills, and company health and wellbeing initiatives. Support a culture of continuous improvement in safety and sustainability, including contributing ideas for reducing risk, waste, and environmental impact. Demonstrate environmental awareness by following procedures for responsible use of materials, recycling, and energy conservation

The Person:
Highly motivated individuals.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to work shifts (12 Hour).
Apprenticed trained or time served experience. (If applicable)
Educated to a Grade C or above in English and Mathematics at GCSE Level or equivalent.
Ability to manage own time and workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have Milling & Turning experience.
The Package:
30+ holidays
3 week rotating shift pattern 12 hour days
Overtime is always available, Saturday 1.5 Sunday double time.
