Main duties:
Lead day-to-day business development operations
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering technical support and innovative solutions
Drive marketing initiatives and raise the company’s profile within the group and the wider market
Manage sales processes including ECI, tendering, and post-bid negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial success and operational alignment
Identify market trends and contribute to strategic business planning
Requirements
Proven experience in business development within the geotechnical or construction sector
Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with clients and engineers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and business units
