Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager on behalf of our distribution client based in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business who are looking to grow & expand.

Main Duties for the Warehouse Shift Manager:

• The Warehouse Shift Manager will be responsible      for the Warehouse shop floor and day to day operations.

including but not limited to:

• Goods In

• Replenish stock

• Forecasting

• Picking

• Dispatch

Working over two shifts 6am-2pm / 2pm to 10pm – rotating weekly.

• Management of approx. 10-20 Warehouse Operative      staff (split across two shifts)

• Working on Resource Planning and spread of      workforce to achieve daily output.

• The Warehouse Shift Manager will run daily data      checks to ensure the smooth running of operations

• Work with their WMS & ERP systems to ensure      priority of what they do is achieved and no system issues.

• Problem solve and analysing root cause to      maintain an efficient working environment.

• Raise process and operational improvements

• Supporting all team members & driving and      monitoring productivity in all areas.

• Warehouse Shift Manager to report daily to      senior management.
