About the Role

Social Media Coordinator


Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Social Media Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.


Main duties:


• Keep up-to-date with social media trends and create content aligning with this.

• Analyse and report on our social media platforms to develop an optimised posting schedule.

• Use Adobe Suite to create still and motion graphics for use across all platforms.

• Short-form video creation for Instagram Reels, TikTok’s and YouTube Shorts.

• Plan and implement the social media strategy across all platforms.

• Design and update assets where necessary.

• Support the wider sales and marketing team with strong messaging and tone of voice.

• Ensure branding is comprehensive, consistent & applicable through all channels.

• Carry out competitor research and analysis.



Requirements

Requirements:


• Strong analytical mindset

• Passionate about and have a deep understanding of all social media platforms

• Social media management at a business level

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Enthusiastic about the outdoors (advantageous)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (flexible) with occasional work outside of these hours for shoots and trade shows.

Location: You will be based in our head office in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, with some flexibility to work from home.
