About the Role

Internal Sales Support 


Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Support role, particularly focused on the CRM system and ensuring quotations are accurately recorded, tracked, and analysed.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business, who offer innovative products & a committed, friendly team.


The role would suit an individual with a background in managing quotations and working closely with key customers.


Job duties:


· Supporting Area Sales Manager in Chasing quotations

· Contacting existing customers via phone and email and making sure the CRM system is up to date

· Updating register with quotation details from the previous day

· Following up on quotations issued the previous day

· Logging any feedback from the customer on the CRM System

· Liaising with internal departments

· Making sure the information about project phase is up to date

· Preparing weekly reports of quotations produced, lost and won projects etc



Requirements

Knowledge and experience:


· Proficient in using ICT Equipment and systems including Microsoft office programmes particularly Excel

· Must have the ability under own initiative but also as party as a team

· Excellent telephone skills

· Demonstrates good time management skills

· Ability to quickly understand the basics of engineered products, their functions, and applications.
