About the Role
Group Marketing Manager
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a strategic and forward thing marketing manager to improve on current projects and to create new initiatives for our industry leading client.
Strategic Brand Development:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement across B2C and B2B audiences.
Lead digital marketing efforts, leveraging social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to drive growth.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Create and manage multi-channel campaigns to support brand awareness, product launches, and promotional activities.
Oversee the design and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand
guidelines.
B2B Marketing Support:
Produce high-quality brochures, presentations, and other collateral to support business development initiatives.
Plan and coordinate the company’s presence at trade shows and industry events.
Team Leadership and Budget Management:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance excellence.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
Support the Product team in developing packaging and product presentation strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Present marketing updates and recommendations to the Group Managing Director.
Requirements
Competencies
Proven hands-on experience in a marketing management role with a strong focus on digital and B2C marketing.
Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite etc.).
Strong creative and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong copywriting abilities.
Influencer and affiliate management experience
eCommerce experience
