Customer Service Advisor

Duties for Customer Service Advisors include:
Delivering professional, world class customer service over the telephone and email
Keeping in touch with customers always keeping them informed ensuring world class customer service
Arranging engineers’ visits
Answering all telephone calls answered in line with company standards
Working in line with company processes and targets
Liaising with management and colleagues across various departments
Requirements
Experience required for Customer Service Advisors:
Demonstrate excellent customer service experience
Able to use Microsoft platforms
Experienced upselling products and services to meet customers’ requirements
Passion to learn new skills, positive and determined to succeed
Permanent
The contact centre are Monday – Friday 8:00 – 18:00, Saturday 8:00 – 15:00 and Sunday 8:00 – 12:00 and successful candidates will be assigned shifts during these times.
£25k
