About the Role

Administration Coordinator


Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Administration Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.


Duties:

  • Reviewing plans received from clients or via client appointed contractors, marking up plans to reflect the client specification requirements. (All training will be provided.)

  • Generation of report detailing all equipment and costs using SAP.

  • Issuing quotations to clients, where applicable.

  • Setting key tasks/dates in the management system and monitoring to ensure delivery of service as per client requirements.

  • Where key dates are known monitoring and chasing orders based on timelines.

  • Updating details as and when required due to change of product, revised plans or information provided by Sales

  • Ensuring key dates are kept under review and if dates change as notified by the client/contractors etc, that the system is updated to reflect this.

  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to clarify requirements/update them re progress or of issues identified following site attendance including any requests for uplifts on works already quoted.

  • Issuing of OEM documentation as requested by clients from time to time.

  • Production and generation of all appropriate documentation associated with the projects

  • Providing a high standard of client service and management of all allocated client projects.

  • Adherence to the company ISO procedures.

  • Any other duties requested by your line manager.


Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Administration Coordinator role will have:


  • Proven record of meeting deadlines.

  • The ability to multi-task and deal with several projects at various stages at any one time.

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and able to adapt to changing situations.

  • Professional attitude and approach to work/tasks.

  • Excellent team player, but also able to work on your own as and when required.

  • Understanding of basic Excel, Word, Adobe.

  • The ability to problem solve.

  • A positive and proactive approach.

  • A flexible approach to work and not phased by changes


Salary:

£25,000 - £27,000
